Before items can be returned to Sargent and Greenleaf for evaluation, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be issued – submit a tech support request ticket and one of our team members will contact you. Once the RGA has been issued, items can be returned for warranty directly to Sargent and Greenleaf.
